Instill existed for a short period in the mid 90s, and hailed from Victoria, BC. They played what could possibly best be described as spastic screamo, although they had a slightly heavier element than some of the other bands that would also fall into that category. One or two of these guys also ended up in Hot Hot Heat. Released on World Of Hurt Records.
