This is good old fashioned death metal, no gimmicks, nothing too gory, just good old face-ripping, headbanging fun. The production is nice and clear, with a mighty guitar tone that will cave your skull, the drums sound good too, the blasting sounds just right and really crushes, as does the double bass. The guitar work is standard for death metal, encompassing both sides of the coin, you have the slower groove-style riffs that could prove quite vicious in the live environment, and you have the wild untamed riffs common of acts such as Morbid Angel, Incantation, or Autopsy
