Two songs of punk-fueled post-punk from this California band. You can definitely hear the influence of early proto-goth stuff like Joy Division, Bauhaus, and Siouxsie and the Banshees, but everything is delivered with the energy of a punk band. It kind of reminds me of Cloak/Dagger if they were way more post-punk and didn't have the kind of No Way Records sound running through their music... basically, though, this is totally high-energy post-punk with killer songwriting and production.
